This all new Vectrex Control Pad is made with 100% all NEW parts. Nothing is 3D printed! I use a brand new SNES controller shell which gives you all four buttons in a logical, easy-to-access location. I add my custom-made 10 ft controller cable which plugs directly into your Vectrex without modifications. Then I have my gold-plated contact PCB with a MICROCONTROLLER (thanks to Jason and Ralf for the help with that) which allows you to toggle all four buttons as auto/rapid-fire! A custom label on the front and back all bundled into a Vectrex-style box and here you have a control pad up to my standards!
The Vectrex Control Pad is NOT analog which means games that require analog joystick movement will not function properly. The vast majority of Vectrex games do not use analog joystick movement but games like Hyperchase and Webwars will move correctly using this controller.
Check out the video of Minestorm being play with auto-fire enabled. The poor mines never stood a chance! I expect to hear from Council Against Cruelty to Mines any day now!
